Opera del Duomo Museum, Florence

Today marks the opening of Florence's new Opera del Duomo museum which will display works by some of the greatest artists of the time, such as Donatello, Luca della Robbia and Pisano, in addition to Michelangelo’s Pietà, the extraordinary sculpture carved by the artist for his own tomb. The works are displayed in 25 rooms across three floors.

Tickets will cost €15 to include access to all the monuments of the Piazza del Duomo, including the Cathedral, Dome, Baptistry, Bell Tower and Crypt.
