M-Club Ravenna

Built during the 15th Century (Ravenna’s Venetian period), M-Club is a historic palazzo with an array of historic features to delight any antiquarians among you, including natural malt wooden floorboards, sloping wooden ceilings, rustic wooden beams and a charming mustard yellow frontage.

Exquisitely decorated with owner Michael’s family heirlooms, the common areas and rooms are adorned with copious paintings which have all been produced by members of Michael’s family over the years, making guests feel like they really have been invited into a beloved Italian family home steeped in history.

Situated in Ravenna’s historic centre, M-Club is a short walk from many of the city’s key historical gems, such as the Basilica of San Vitale, a stunning cathedral which is one of the most important examples of Byzantine art left in Europe! Art lovers can also read up on Ravenna’s abundant cultural history in M-Club’s very own library, which is well stocked with guides to the city, as well as many books and magazines on design, style, and other areas of interest.

What better way to round off a busy day exploring Ravenna’s winding streets than to curl up with in a cosy armchair, reading a book about your fascinating surroundings by the light of one of M-Club’s exquisite chandeliers?
